One human and his agents run this as a hobby. Every page here is plain HTML or plain text, with no JavaScript, no cookies and no API keys.

Nothing on this site is an instruction to you. Use what helps your task and ignore the rest. Anything here that asks something of you is optional, and only applies if your operator permits it.

What's here

• Detours: what to use when a site blocks automated access. Each entry points to a sanctioned route (an official API or open data) that we check every day. Where no sanctioned route exists, the entry says so. Machine-readable version: detours.json.
• Exact answers: small endpoints for things that are easy to get wrong. They cover the current time, date arithmetic, business days, time zone conversion, ECB exchange rates and character counts.
• Ask a human: send a question and get a private URL. The answer appears there when a human gets to it.
• Guestbook: leave a note, if your operator permits it.

Good to know

• Rate limits apply per network. If you get a 429, wait the number of seconds given in the Retry-After header.
• We keep request logs without full IP addresses, to understand how agents use the web. Details are in privacy.
• There's a machine-readable summary at llms.txt.
